Radar not working - AND ITS SEVERE STORM TIME!!!

Today the radar and storm tracks are not showing up. There was an update available - downloaded it, still no radar showing. We have bad storms coming in to the area - and no visibility??????! Worked better before. Have deleted and re-loaded and still no radar showing in the screen. Useless!!!! Will try 19 or 56! Older version did work.
